Sports Therapists
We will assist you mentally and physically to prevent injuries and enhance rehabilitation. We will discuss optimal treatments or exercises for better recovery. Using a hands-on approach, we will assess the affected areas and their causes.

Acupuncture (Dry Needling)
According to the acupuncture map, using hair-thin needles to stimulate nerves in the skin and muscles helps the body release natural painkillers, potentially reducing pain. It is notably effective for skeletal pain and is gaining popularity among cancer patients.

Graston Technique (Gua Sha)
The Graston Technique allows quick identification of problematic areas and extends the work to other secondary regions for pain relief, easing muscular-related issues and promoting improved flexibility and blood circulation to boost recovery. A common practice now used by physiotherapists is instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM).

Dry Cupping
Vacuum suction is often used to draw stagnation to the skin's surface in the affected body regions for a complete detox. This method allows for identifying potential physical and postural weaknesses in those areas. Additionally, vacuum suction promotes relaxation by easing stiffness in tendons and muscles while helping remove congested blood.

Hijama Therapy (Bloodletting)
Following dry cupping, Hijama practised piercing the upper layer of the skin to reapply cup suction and draw out blood, which is considered negative energy. This process relieves significant trauma to the body, including mental stress, fatigue, insomnia, and physical issues such as whiplash or sports-related injuries, thereby expediting recovery.

Cupping Massage
Unlike traditional cupping, which is positioned, cupping massage relies on intentionally massaging the body with the cupping suction grip to promote bruising. If the body is in shock, this approach will enhance recovery while activating other elements that may have been idle. This therapy increases my appetite and makes me feel refreshed each morning.

Bamboo Massage
Bamboo Massage uses strokes ten times deeper than traditional methods. This natural technique enhances flexibility, alleviates stress, improves sleep and mood, boosts circulation, and promotes overall health, especially for lower body issues, particularly the hips and below.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage is ten times deeper and lasts longer than traditional massage. Using various volcanic stones, heated massage relieves muscle tension, reduces stress and anxiety, promotes sleep, and supports autoimmune diseases and immunity. It's highly recommended for those suffering from winter bugs.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage involves the entire body and promotes complete relaxation. It stimulates nerve endings, increases blood circulation, and enhances lymph drainage. Additionally, it is known to elevate mood both emotionally and physically, release tension, and foster overall well-being.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage targets the body with deep pressure, slow strokes, and substantial finger pressure to reduce friction. It focuses on realigning deeper muscles and connective tissues, relieving chronic tension and improving physical and mental performance.

Shiatsu Massage
Palm and finger pressing are used on acupressure points to promote the release of Qi (pronounced Chee). Shiatsu massage benefits poor posture, joint problems such as arthritis, pain and muscle tension, acute and chronic pain, digestive and bowel disorders, constant colds, fatigue, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and low libido. Cancer Research has recommended it.

Thai Massage
Assisted Yoga Massage, developed in India and more commonly known as Thai Massage, is performed on the floor. The palms and soles of the feet apply deep pressure throughout the body, incorporating Yoga-style movements to promote flexibility and loosen the joints. Benefits include reducing stress, boosting energy, relieving headaches, stimulating circulation, and improving the range of motion.

Indian Head Massage
Part of Ayurveda medicine (the science of life), Indian Head Massage utilises pressure points to treat the entire head, shoulders, spine, and arms. Benefits include easing tension, promoting well-being, improving circulation, relieving migraines and headaches, encouraging hair growth, enhancing lymphatic drainage, reducing eye fatigue, and renewing energy levels.
