1.0 Half - Dry Cupping/Hijama & Massage
Targeted cupping treatment for pain relief and muscle recovery
Service Description
Cupping Therapy, Hijama & Massage This treatment combines massage with traditional cupping techniques designed to support circulation, relieve muscular tension, and promote overall well-being. Massage is performed both before and after the cupping treatment, helping to relax muscles, improve blood flow, and support the body’s natural recovery. Two forms of cupping may be used during the session, depending on the treatment required: Fire / Dry Cupping & Massage This treatment uses traditional dry cupping techniques, sometimes referred to as fire cupping. Massage is performed before and after the treatment, while cups are applied to create suction on the skin. This helps stimulate circulation, release muscle tension, and support relaxation. Temporary marks or discolouration may occur and typically fade within seven to ten days. Hijama & Massage This treatment combines massage with the traditional Hijama (wet cupping) technique. After preparing the area with massage and cupping, a small bloodletting process is performed as part of the Hijama method. This therapy has been traditionally used to support detoxification and circulation. Mild discolouration may occur and last approximately 7 to 10 days. *Ensure you do not have a heavy meal before or after the session. Please shower before you arrive. Wait 24 hours after the treatment before showering, and avoid strenuous activities for 24 hours. *10 minutes are deducted for prep time.
