Deep tissue massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It is designed to help release areas of chronic tension, improve mobility, and support recovery from physical strain or everyday muscular discomfort.
*Ensure you do not have a heavy meal before or after the session. Please shower before you arrive. Wait 4 hours before showering after the treatment, and avoid strenuous activities for 24 hours.
*10 minutes are deducted for prep time.
