Unused sessions remaining after the expiry date cannot be refunded or transferred.

Can I use my package at both clinic locations?
Yes. Package sessions can be booked at Marylebone or Golders Green, subject to availability.
Do all 10 sessions need to be the same treatment?
The package is for Sports Combination Massage Therapy. Techniques used within each session can be adapted according to your treatment needs and may include different massage and bodywork approaches where appropriate.
Can I change the duration of individual sessions?
The package is purchased for a specific treatment duration and sessions should normally be booked at that duration. Please contact the therapist in advance if you would like to discuss changing or extending a session.
How long do I have to use my package?
All 10 sessions must be used within 6 calendar months from the date payment is received.
Can somebody else use one of my sessions?
No. Packages are provided exclusively for the named package holder and cannot be shared or transferred.
Are package payments refundable?
No. Packages are purchased at a preferential rate and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
