Treatment may include osteopathic assessment, manual therapy, joint mobilisation, adjustments where clinically appropriate and complementary soft-tissue techniques.

Package payments are non-refundable, subject to applicable statutory rights.
All sessions must be completed within the relevant validity period.
Unused sessions after expiry cannot be transferred or refunded, except where required by law.
Appointments are subject to availability and should be booked in advance.
Home visits are subject to location, suitability and any agreed travel charges.

How long do I have to use my package?

Massage Packages are valid for 6 calendar months, while Osteopathy Packages are valid for 3 calendar months from the date full payment is received. All sessions must be completed within the applicable period.

Can somebody else use my remaining sessions?

No. Packages are exclusively for the named client and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

Are package payments refundable?
